other Nations Leaders
|
These individuals are to be
executed until permanent death for crimes committed against the people
and the Kingdom of
Evendarr.
Dark of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra |
| April 12, 606: Be it
known that, prior to April 606 of our glorious kingdom, did the individuals
Alejandro Sparrows, Goodman Alexander, Goodman Clint Stonefist,
good woman Kalindril Elvebrindir
Blackcrest and Goodman Killian Stonefist,
in whole or in part, present themselves to thy Kingdom Knight, Sir Tivorak
Nobel, for punishment for their crimes. After some deliberation, it was
decided that the punishments shall be enacted upon each of them by Sir
Tivorak Nobel himself, at a date when there paths meet, by his own hand.
They are considered to have taken punishment for their crimes and are, from
this day on, to be treated as citizens of Evendarr and punished in
accordance to the laws should they violate them further. They are no longer
considered outlaws.

Kingdom of
Evendarr Proclamation
The following criminals
are to suffer punishment by sword for Crimes committed against the Kingdom
of Evendarr. The most prominent crimes are conspiring to kill a noble of
Evendarr, attempting to incite rebellion against the nobles of Evendarr,
attempting to coerce others to commit murder of one or more nobles of
Evendarr, and impersonating a Noble Title.
N'wrad has no standing as a
sovereign nation, it is a small group of islands with a population of less
than a few thousand, if that much. Whereas it was beleived that the Dragon
Isles were part of the Kingdom of Stonegate, they are not. These individuals are impersonating nobles
while in Evendarr and also without. The islands where N'Wrad exists are not
within the Kingdomof Stonegate. They have no authority from the Kingdom of Stonegate and do not
speak on behalf of the crown of Stonegate. The Crown has confirmed that
N'Wrad is not a part of the fair kingdom of Stonegate and further that the
Kingdom of Stonegate does not, nor ever did, recognize any title from the
Dragon Isles.
Should these criminals survive the punishment, they
are to be told that they may not use a noble title while in Evendarrian
lands, and are to be told to correct others should they make an error and
use a noble title when addressing them, and are to be put to death
immediately for each subsequent impersonation.
Goodman
Alejandro Sparrows of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
Goodman Alejandro is to be put
to death 3 times by the sword only. An Obliterate formal magic spell is not
to be used.
Goodwoman
___________ (Name being determined - impersonating a Duchess of N'wrad.
The woman who travels with Alejandro who alleges to be a Duchess of N'wrad
is to be put to death one time, by the sword, for her transgressions
against the Kingdom of Evendarr and
association with the criminal named Alejandro Sparrows.
Goodman Clint Stonefist
Goodman Clint Stonefist, who travels with Alejandro and alleges to be a Baron
of N'wrad is to be put to death one time, by the sword, for
his transgressions against
the Kingdom of Evendarr and association with the criminal named Alejandro
Sparrows.
Goodman Killian Stonefist, who
may be calling himself a Lord of N'wrad, is to be stripped of all his
worldly possessions for impersonating a noble title within the lands of
Evendarr.
Ozen Blackbird,
Gypsy from the Duchy of Elysia
Ozen the Gypsy from Elysia who alleges to
be a seneschal of N'Wrad is
to be put to death one time, by the sword, for his transgressions and
association with the criminal named Alejandro Sparrows.
Be
it known that Ozen the Gypsy, of the Duchy of Elysia, who was formerly
calling himself the Seneschal of N'wrad, has rescinded any and all relation
to the lands of N'wrad and has rescinded any and all position within any
impersonated noble court of N'wrad, and specifically any alleged court that
Alejandro Sparrows may be a part of. Ozen explained that he was originally
granted a title of Seneschal by Alejandro, as a joke. HE further stated that
after about 1 year, Alejandro began to call himself by the title prince,
granted a bunch of titles to his friends, and then began to go too far. Ozen
was overheard telling Sir Tivorak "Before I get killed for being part of a
joke, I want to make sure that you know I have nothing to do with N'Wrad and
that the whole thing started as a joke. I have never even been to N'wrad Sir
Tivorak".

Knight of the Kingdom of Evendarr |
The following
criminals are to be Executed until their permanent death for Crimes
committed against the Kingdom of Evendarr in the Duchy of Greyhorn.
Specifically, these three committed Murder of two Nobles and several
Adventurers in the lands of Greyhorn and specifically fled the Kingdom.
Later, they each declared their desire to see Lady Kiera Zobrist of Therendry
permanently killed and their willingness to offer dozens of magic items to
those who succeed.
Morgosh of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
Cornelius of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
Ember of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
NOTE: November 2, 604ER - Ember turned himself in and received 3 deaths, via
the Formal Magic Spell Obliterate, to satisfy the past crimes committed in
the Duchy of Greyhorn. Ember is now free to walk among the populace of
Evendarr, and with full protection. |
| The following individual is to be
Executed until his permanent death if found in the Kingdom of
Evendarr, for crimes committed in the lands
of Greyhorn, Evendarr. He is to be offered no leniency if he is found within
the Kingdom but not within the company of a Royal Knight of Evendarr, His
Grace Chance Evermore, or a noble of the Ducal Court of Greyhorn. Diablo has
until September 605 Evendarr Reckoning to present himself for punishment.
Should he return to the Kingdom and submit himself for punishment of his
past crimes, which is 3 deaths by sword, at the hands of Duke Chance
Evermore of Greyhorn or Sir Tivorak Nobel of the Kingdom of Evendarr, he
shall be permitted to walk freely among the Evendarr populace.
Diablo Evermore, former Noble of Greyhorn, Evendarr
(A Resolution was negotiated in July 605 ER and punishment carried out in
the Duchy of Elysia)
Diablo Evermore has conspired the death of
several of Greyhorn's nobles including Viscount Endlesstar, Duke Chance Evermore, Lady Nyneave Crescenthorn, Viscount Elladon Al' Seer, Lord Connor Whistlethorn
and Baron Arcannon Crescenthorn. Said plots resulted from the removal of his
title and his desire to gain revenge on those who he believed to have wronged him. For this I
find him guilty of multiple counts of treason. He participated in the
murders, assaults, and robberies of several individuals in Greyhorn during
the last gathering of the Fall of 602. In late summer of 602, it was
reported to me that Lord Diablo slept under the same roof as Ember, a
criminal wanted for the murder of 8 individuals in Greyhorn as well as being
a known member of the Jester's Guild. In addition he adventured with Ember,
and when nobles of Greyhorn attempted to work with the Elysian nobles to
have him obliterated, Diablo did not offer his support. Ember was released
into Diablo's custody and escaped during the journey. Later it was found
that Diablo also knew that the King had ordered Ember's permanent death for
being a member of the Jester's Guild {and the death of many in Greyhorn}.
In January of 604, after months of following leads but to no avail, the
Nobles of the Duchy of Greyhorn and their supporters found themselves at
last, face to face with an enemy that had thwarted the Crowns Justice for
some time. His Grace Chance Evermore and his court including Sir Faustus had
received some amount of approval to hunt the enemy of the Kingdom but soon
found their nobles and guilds leaders involved in protecting Goodman Diablo.
It was agreed that Sir Tivorak Nobel would travel to the Kingdom of Aer'nor,
and with the Ducal Court of Greyhorn, met with the Nobles of Aer'nor to
decide the fate of Diablo Evermore and others who had taken action against
both Evendarr or Aer'nor. As agreed upon by His Grace Chance Evermore,
Sir Faustus Evermore of the Ducal Household, Sir Tivorak Nobel Knight to the
King of Evendarr and Count His Excellency Sir Dimtri von Gryphon, Count of
The Lost City, Knight of the First Circle, of the Kingdom of Aer'nor, that
Diablo Evermore shall be permitted to live without fear from persecution by
the Nobles of Evendarr, until his final death. Under concessions made by
both Kingdoms, it was decided that Diablo Evermore desire to travel back
into any of the lands of the Kingdom of Evendarr, that he must contact
via letter, a Royal Knight of the kingdom of Evendarr or His Grace of The
Duchy of Greyhorn, to arrange for the most opportune time to accept his
punishment, which was reduced upon request of the Kingdom of Aer'nor for his
trustworthy and noble deeds performed in Aer'nor, to an Obliteration or 3
deaths by sword should the resources not be available for the Obliteration
Formal Magic Spell. If Diablo Evermore should enter into any Duchy of
Evendarr prior to contacting His Royal Majesty's Knights and arranging for
an escort, he is to be considered dangerous and must be killed on site by
Nobles of Evendarr. Sir Tivorak Nobel: 6-10-604 ER |

Evendarr, Duchy of Ashbury. As spoken by his own voice, to 3 witnesses, he
provided Formal Magic Components to a follower of Dark, for Dark's use
against the people of Ashbury. This has been confirmed as a true accounting
by then Lord Justice McCoy, now Baron of Trellheim in the Duchy of Ashbury.

regards to Morgosh, Ember, and Cornelius, Alexander approached Sir Tivorak
in Ravenholt and attempted to claim that these individuals were merely
individuals who wore Jesters Caps, and that they were not a part of the JGT
at all. Sir Tivorak, when speaking to 1 Noble, 1 Lady, and a Goodman in
Therendry later that year, heard that Alexander was complaining about being
upset with Hansen over a Magical Sword that Hansen gave to Ember for Long
Term Service because Alexander has longer service then Ember but hadn't
gotten a sword.

Wanted Criminals In Other Lands |
|
In the lands of Dyllaria, an arrest
order has been issued for Farinor Swiftwind. The Elven earth caster
fled a number of serious charges, relating to a recent crime spree in the
area. For months the violent deaths of several Elven women had terrified
the local elves. The two victims who did not resurrect were each mutilated,
and the others reported being attacked from behind with a Paralysis spell.
Afterwards they were killed, mutilated and animated.
At the same time, other necromantic
incidents, mostly involving re-animated animals had caused a number of
deaths and injuries as well. A check on recently arrived healers revealed
that Swiftwind not only had he been expelled from a Healer’s Guild for
animating farm animals, but also the deaths of female elves followed him
around several previous lands, including two Evendarrian Duchies.
Though technically still only a suspect at
this stage, his guilt became apparent when he met the investigating
constable with a barrage of necromancy and profanity. The constable and his
deputy were both dropped by the chaos-magiks, allowing Swiftwind to escape.
Healed before they died, the statements of the lawmen indicate that the
Elven necromancer is deeply insane, and especially dangerous to elves and
animals, which he is apparently trying to “purify with chaos.” Toflin
Marballa, a special investigator assigned by the Dylarrian authorities,
estimates that the unbalanced elf may be responsible for nearly fifty
unsolved murders across the continent.
Farinor
Swiftwind is an Elven Gentlemen slightly over six feet tall, and portly.
His hair is light brown, and eyes brown-ish green. He favors dark clothes,
and is generally unkempt. He seems to avoid other elves, though he heals
other races to make his living. He has used such aliases as Norin Farwind,
and Arnor Swiftlake. He is believed to be heading back to Avalon’s eastern
regions. Anyone seeing him should report it to his or her local magistrate.

Other Important News
Anyone with information pertaining to the Jesters
Guild of Tyrra, should send a detailed accounting to Sir Tivorak Nobel, First
Knight to His Majesty King Mykel Endarr II, to
Evendarr Keep.
Jesters Guild of Tyrra Disbanded -
June 604 Evendarr Reckoning
As derived from the reports of His Majesties Royal Knights
The Jesters Guild of Tyrra (JGT), the once
very powerful band of thieves and murderers that have been hunted to all ends of
the continent of Avalon by His Majesty's Royal Knights, has been disbanded
almost entirely. His Majesties Knights have met with some unruly adventurers in
Blackstone, Therendry, Avendale, Aldra, Tyrangel, Greyhorn, Elysia, but few
would stand up to the might of the law and the code of chivalry. Within the last
three months alone, Sir Tivorak reports that they have given there last warning
to those who they know are 'very JGT', and that the Knights will be unable to
stop harsh punishments from reigning down upon those whom would speak openly
about their associations with the 'JGT'. Reports indicate that there are a few
members who remain but that the majority have removed their associations and are
now productive within society.
His Majesty declared the Jesters
'Guild' of Tyrra to be an unsanctioned, unrecognized, unlawful, and underground
band of rebellious rogues - to be destroyed across the Kingdom - in July 603ER.
The proclamation by His Majesty that all individuals who claim to be of the
Jesters 'Guild' of Tyrra no longer wear a Jesters style headpiece, and that
former Jesters Guild of Tyrra 'members' no longer wear the Jesters style
headpiece, until at least 607ER, warrants that individuals found to be calling
themselves a 'member' of the "Jesters Guild of Tyrra" be put to death, by the
sword, once. The King of Evendarr, upon hearing that the JGT was still very
active in Ravenholt and the North, in 605ER, has made the ban on the JGT
headpieces permanent, and that anyone calling themselves JGT, or someone wearing
the JGT headpiece that is not a an actual jester, or they be put to death by
sword once for each offense and 3 deaths by sword for additional offenses.
Sir Devron Endarr reported that three
individuals were heard speaking about their relationship with the Jesters Guild
of Tyrra - that they wouldn't stop wearing their jesters cap, that they would
always be the Jesters Guild, that they will do whatever they want too - while
sitting among others in the tavern of Therendry at the January 25 604ER
gathering.
Recently, Sir Tivorak is investigating
two instances whereby JGT members have mocked the authority of the crown, and
Sir Tivorak is investigating statements made by Count Davey Lockwood of
Therendry, and actions taken by self-proclaimed Prince Alejandro Sparrows of the
Dragon Ilses.
Sir Tivorak reported that several
specific pieces of information regarding self proclaimed Prince Alejandro
Sparrows. The Prince deceived the Nobles of Evendarr into believing that Ember
was an individual named Praxis, stating that he had killed Ember himself and the
person traveling with him now was his cook named Praxis. Prince Alejandro had
confirmed rumors from weeks earlier that Ember had been killed, permanently, in
some sort of a setup that he had derived - only for it to be found out to be
false.
Ember of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
has been found, and Sir Tivorak is sending a letter, with plans to visit, the
Kingdom of Dylleria to arrange for execution in accordance with the punishments
of the Duchy of Greyhorn. Ember wrote a letter to Sir Tivorak that mocked our
Kingdom, and attempted to deceive His Majesty's Knights into believing he was
dead and not an outlaw. It was important to note that Sir Tivorak read from a
letter, which upheld the severe punishment given by Greyhorn, as written by Goodman Endlesstar, former Duke and Paladin of The Duchy of
Gryehorn, "Eight
individuals were murdered for their possessions in a land under the peace of his
royal majesty. The supreme authority of Greyhorn was appointed by the King to be
the Knight's Council. Of all the individuals present on the adventure only the
whereabouts of Morgosh, Ember and Cornelius could not be accounted for. The
Knight's Council levied a sentence of permanent death against Morgosh, Ember and
Cornelius in accordance with the powers granted to them by his Royal Majesty.
Ember fled to lands unknown and disappeared for over 2 1/2 years only appearing
at sporadic intervals. How long does a murderer have to remain in hiding in
order to come out and receive less than his due? One year, two years, or perhaps
three in this case? Since Ember has appeared to live within the peace of other
lands for the past 2 1/2 years I would offer this a just solution; that he
suffer a death by sword for each of the deaths he caused. This is a total of
eight deaths. If he survives then he should enjoy the protection and peace of
his royal majesty and Greyhorn for the remainder of his days." Sir Tivorak has
plans to travel to Ember's home kingdom and carry out the verdict with the
support of the local nobles.
Anthony Darkforge, once the leader of
the Jesters Guild of Tyrra, has renounced his associations with the 'Jesters
Guild' and all that they stand for. Anthony Darkforge has added great value to
the King Royal Army, conscripted by Sir Leopolde Trieste to serve and protect
the people. Recently, Anthony Darkforge was relieved of his duties within the
Royal Evendarrian Military to allow him to join the court of Viscountess Kiera Zobrist.
Her Excellency is a
former Jesters Guild member but was given the chance to turn her life around by a
very lenient and understanding Sir Tivorak in 600ER. Sir Tivorak reported on a
meeting whereby he explained to Goodman Anthony Darkforge, once a
Half-Orc, that the JGT is renown for their oppressive ways, and murders of
innocent peoples. After several different stories, Anthony Darkforge agreed to
seek more knowledge about those whom would oppress the people of Evendarr and
beyond. True to one of the causes of the JGT, Anthony Darkforge seemed to be very interested in seeing that oppressive
Nobles be punished and/or removed for their offenses toward the people. Sir Tivorak felt
that this conversation was the main reason why Anthony Darkforge has gone from
the leader of an unlawful band of murderers to a well respected adventurer,
military soldier, and now noble court member.
Jesters Guild of Tyrra Resurfaces -
July 603 Evendarr Reckoning
As derived from the reports of His Majesties Royal Knights
The Jesters Guild of Tyrra, an underground band of
thieves and murderers that have been known to kill the people and nobles of
Evendarr, has resurfaced once again in Evendarr. The group was almost completely
disbanded in 600 and 601 by the Royal Knights of Evendarr when they sided with
the Sessuar Emporium in an attempt to murder Evendarr's highest Ranking Knights,
Sir Tivorak Nobel, and a fellow Noble, Sir Galen Warwick, but failed.
Recently, in the lands of the Dreadmark, the JGT
reared its head again, trying to convince the Kingdom of Evendarr that its
members are good, law abiding citizens of the Kingdom. An individual claiming to
be the Leader of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra, Anthony Darkforge, has declared
that all individuals within his group will follow and adhere to the Code of
Chivalry, in an effort to show that they mean the very best for the people of
Evendarr. His Majesty deemed it appropriate for the group to remove the Jesters
Caps and call themselves by a new name as the Jesters Guild of Tyrra and the
Jesters Cap headgear are known to be a band of thieves and murderers who sided
with the Sessuar to kill two Royal Knights of Evendarr. After some
confrontation, the JGT, which is as of now fully disbanded, agreed to cease
using the name and remove the headgear from public view, showing proper respect
to the Kingdom of Evendarr and its people.
Sir Tivorak claims knowledge of an underground spy
ring and information structure in which the JGT members communicate. The
information structure was the main method for Ember, Cornelius, and Morgosh,
three long standing members of the JGT, were able to put the death hit out on
Lady Kiara. This information has been confirmed by at least two other sources.
From the lands of Myanthea, an individual named
Cydney Timmons is proclaiming to be the Ambassador to Evendarr. In Sir
Tivorak report, his introduction to "Cid" in the Kingdom of Avendale by a fellow
member of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra , demonstrated that the group continues to
encourage poor and inappropriate actions from its members toward Evendarr and
its nobility. Sir Tivorak immediately sent correspondences to Jason, a soldier
who has taken the reigns upon the departure of the Swamp Queen explaining that
anyone wearing a Jesters Cap and claiming to be of the Jesters Guild of Tyrra
will not be accepted as an Ambassador. Current correspondence with Myanthea's
leader ,a former Evendarrian soldier named Jason, explains that Cid Timmons is
not an active Ambassador to Evendarr.
Sir Tivorak Nobel has reported in several instances
that the Jesters Guild of Tyrra continues to actively seek his death. His
Majesty has requested a review of Sir Tivorak's findings and that if the
allegations be true, that those who continue to call themselves members of
Jesters Guild of Tyrra be actively sought within the lands of Evendarr and be
put to death until they sever their relations with the group.
Anyone with information pertaining to the Jesters
Guild of Tyrra, should send a detailed accounting to Sir Tivorak Nobel, First
Knight to His Majesty King Mykel Endarr II, to
Evendarr Keep.
