When is the NERO LARP National Event?
Answer: Friday April 30, 2010    to       Sunday May 02, 2010 inclusive.
      Camp Arrival:       Friday  5:00 PM 
      Game On:             Friday   9:00 PM
      Game Ends:          Sunday 3:00 PM
      Camp Departure: Sunday 8:00 PM

Where is the Event being Held?
Answer: Stonehouse Park, in Earlville, IL, which is where NERO Chicago produces its events. Stonehouse Park is a lovely and sprawling 55 acre site that has many buildings, bathing facilities, a tavern and a 1 acre pond that is swimmable and clean.

Who is Producing the Event?
Answer: As of January 15, 2010, we have nearly 20 staff member of National producing the event, and more than 25 NERO Chapter Owners attending, including;
-- Joseph Valenti, his National Staff and 25 NPC's from around the country are confirmed..
-- Steve Cecchin of NERO Chicago confirmed his support and attendance.
-- David Strait of NERO Darkreign confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Jonathan and Shelley Hollon of NERO North Texas confirmed their support and attendance, is renting a tour bus and bringing 20 players.
-- Jeremy Kennedy of NERO Vanguard confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Charles Mick of NERO Indiana confirmed his support and attendance.
-- John Arroyo of NERO Florida confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Stephen DiRusso, of NERO DunSundra in Florida confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Mitch Meconi of NERO Las Vegas confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Bill Taylor of NERO Wisconsin confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Ryan Massey of NERO Atlanta confirmed his support and attendance.
-- Dan Comstock, Noah Mason, Rebecca King confirmed their support and attendance.
-- Heidi Taylor, Perry Dees, Adam Taylor have all confirmed their support.

What is the cost of the Event? Event Cost Schedule: Registration Form - Please Complete This So We Can Better Entertain you! * The Event Costs $75.00 (if you pay between April 21, 2010 and April 31, 2010.) * The Event Costs $65.00 if you pay between Feb. 25, 2010 and April 20, 2010.

* For Those Who are PC'ing 50% and NPC'ing (Acting) 50%, Here is Your Half Price Payment Button. Event Fee = $32.50

Sleeping Accommodations at StoneHouse Park

Staff and NPC's will be staying in the Staff and NPC cabins - a designated area where food will be always available for them. Staff and NPC's may pitch their own tent in the Staff NPC Cabin area (we may need to due to the overwhelming number of NPC's we are getting).

There are several areas designated for tenting.

A Bed may be reserved by only those individuals who have paid, and then they are on a first pay first choose basis.

There are 16 cabins than can sleep 8 people each, total 128 people - and all of these spots are reserved for Players.
