The “Pre-registration and Pre-pay” special prices (via Paypal)* deadline ends Friday October 21, 2011 at 11:59 PM Nero Hartford Event Fees [no NPC shift] The “Pre-registration and Pre-pay” special prices (via Paypal)* deadline is 7 days before each event: • 1-day: $45.00 • 2-day: $82.00 [Standard Weekend] After that, the prices for “At-the-Door/Week-of” will be as follows: • 1-day: $50.00 • 2-day: $92.00 [Standard Weekend] --------------------------------------------------- Nero Hartford Event Fees [with NPC shift] The “Pre-registration and Pre-pay” special prices (via Paypal)* deadline is 7 days before each event: • 1-day: $40.00 • 2-day: $70.00 [Standard Weekend] After that, the prices for “At-the-Door/Week-of” will be as follows: • 1-day: $45.00 • 2-day: $80.00 [Standard weekend] These rates are per person (if you pre-register at least 24hrs before the event and pre-pay through Paypal), and the “At-the-Door/Week-of” rates (without any pre-registration) will be the same, but must be made in cash only when you pay at Check-In. We will not accept checks or credit cards at the door. Remember NPCs attend for free and eat for free. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Pre-Registration and Pre-Pay: You MUST make payment within 7 days of the event for which you are registering in order to guarantee your spot and the reduced rate. Pre-Registration and Pre-Pay rate means payment has been received by NERO® Hartford at least seven days prior to the start date of the event. If you pre-register, we will guarantee you a bed. Also, while NPCs attend for free, you must be a current member of a NERO Chapter and have your logistics person send us your card for record-keeping purposes. If you are new to NERO or your membership has expired, you will need to purchase a membership prior to playing. Membership rates and packages can be found here In the event that we reach maximum camp capacity, or we do not get enough NPC pre-registrations to maintain a reasonable NPC/PC ratio, we will not be able to allow unpaid or walk-in (at the door) PC registrations. If necessary, we are prepared to establish a waitlist, but the best way to make sure you get a bed for the event is to pre-register and pre-pay. Please remember that all meals are included in the event fee, but we cannot be sure we will have enough food for everyone unless all PCs, NPCs and Staff pre-reg for the event. If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please email or chef at tavern@nerohartford.com to let Chef Sarah know, so she can accommodate your needs.
