-CRIMSON![]() Registered Member #18 Joined: Mon Aug 08 2011, 03:49AMPosts: 164 | alot of times. but its my opinion that damage and body should generally be scaled down than up. anytime PC's get more protectives (scaled protectives) or extra body or swing higher. so do the monsters to compensate. in the end, you see creatures with 100 body swinging upwards of 15's and 20's or more. | ||

Thats not a very nice sentiment especially when you can finally not have to fear every half decent necromancer, hoping you have enough cloak chaos if you are high enough. | ||

But spiraling body/armor for fighters *is* a problem, in general, and higher body drains spells faster than higher armor (I personally don't like bigger armor, but that's another debate entirely). There are multiple fighters I know who require 2+ eighth level spells to get to full *once*. Spells go away fast once you've got a few people like that around. And I am sure it's nice not to fear necromancers... but you have the option of bringing along magic items, potions, or :gasp: an actual caster to help you jump the necromancer. JJ | ||
