I just wanted to make it clear that you can't wear two enhanced suits. Rather than limit it that way, which stops people from slowly building up their enhanced armor as they get more reps, I would clarify it that you can't have more points of enhanced armor in total than you have locations repped. Ie basic chain shirt of chest/back/arm/arm limits you to 4 points of enhancement.

But to specify on a tag that it is a "Plate chest"...requires me then to rep it properly. If I don't have a plate phys rep then I could not use the tag, which detracts from the point of having armor. At least that is why I figure tags are as "plain" as they are. When a Marshal inspects a rep, they give it a value. As such that is the point total that rep is worth, it really should not matter if the tags are combined to equal that amount, so long as the appropriate amount is indeed rep'd. My opinion.

The magic item should be a specific piece though, and if yer claiming it as one suit, the entire suit (all tags being used together) would fall victim to shatter/destroy.

Jackson - It goes to 11! Has there been any word back from the Rules Team on this, Dan?

The assumption I made in my comment was that you are repping all of the tags you are carrying. For example, if you have a breastplate made of steel (front and back) and leather bracers (20 points total if I counted correctly), nd you had two tags that said "armor, 10 points", you would be allowed to claim both tags for the combined "suit". Sorry for my poor explanation lol.
