I would like to join NERO but the link to the Nero Forms leads to a dead end. is this because of the website update or what? Can someone point me in the right direction please.

A lot of that is still under construction. You should get in contact with your local chapter to join, but you can pay your national dues on the site(that part works).

Maybe I'm missing it, but can we not send PMs with these forums?

A Private Messenger system has been installed, and is located on the right side of the page on the front page, below your login box.

I just signed on and was working on my character background history but without access to the Tyrra info it's a bit if'y. Specific locations and such will need to be omitted until this information becomes available.

We are working on getting the Tyrrapedia, a wiki for the in-game world, up and running by the end of the week. It will, after that, take time to populate it, but I will take as much in game info off of the old site as possible and plug it in this weekend.

For the time being, you should contact your local chapter. In game information that was on the old national site only pertained to the setting as a whole, whereas your local chapter has the local information you'd need to build a character history.

Edit: Speaking of, where do you live? I can help you get in contact with your local chapter if you haven't already found them.
