It will, after that, take time to populate it, but I will take as much in game info off of the old site as possible and plug it in this weekend. For the time being, you should contact your local chapter. In game information that was on the old national site only pertained to the setting as a whole, whereas your local chapter has the local information you'd need to build a character history.
