Here is the Race Changes we have been talking about.
We hope these can be implemented by April 01, 2013 with our members being given the free x change necesary to buy these skills.

Sarr in this have lost the ability to buy resist poison at 4bp. Is this an over site or by design? If over site could you use racial features to make it available to them at 4bp? Generally its good, But why could this not have waited for 10th?

... You my friend have just made me want to change my gorbe to a hobling. Hoblings are "Tough" and gain my old resist poison and resist physical while i lose resist poison for an antidote that i cant use on myself.
Does this make sense to anyone else?

Joe, so spirit forges will be allowed? Because the cost change is... drastic.

And please clarify something for Will to Live for me... is this 1/day each time bought, or just buy once?

Is this right? Because this will be a fight between the gypsies and the scavengers as to who can get the most components for Spirit Forges.

Joe, just a few questions
1) are these to supercede the current 9th ed racial rules or to supplement them?
2) Why are any of these changes not being issued as playtests?
