Weren't all transform expiration dates supposed to be extended?
I just looked at my sheet and mine says it has expired. I thought everyone was supposed to get a reset on their expiration date to January 2014 or something like that.

They where extended, but it was not an automatic DB process. ie your DB admin has to go in and manually change each one. So contact your admin, and or the chapter you got your trans in

I thought it was new T-forms were 4 yrs, existing ones just popped when they were supposed to. I know mine popped after the new rule went into effect and well before the 4 yr mark.

I am pretty certain they were all supposed to be extended 4 years from the 9th edition go live date.
Originally, 9th edition was supposed to have permanent transforms. People made arrangements for such a case. Then it was changed to 4 years. There was an announcement on the boards but I cannot find it. I am pretty sure, anyone who had an active transform as of January 1st 2012 would have to extended to January 1st 2016 (not sure on the date).
I know the update would not have been automatic. I need to have my sheet updated to show that my transform is still good. I am just trying to find out when it is supposed to be good until from a source that my DB admin would trust.

Can I get an official response on whether or not transform expiration dates were supposed to be extended and to what date?

yes, transforms are 4-year duration. we expect them to go much longer when we finalize a standard transform package later this year, first thing next year.
