Thus far my initial desire is to see the limitation of things you can purchase go away and only be limited by the amount of coin you are willing to put into it.

Also, is there any chance of getting a break down or descriptor of how the hirelings effect the buildings they are in?

I would like to see the option to BUILD FASTER by paying more coin. x2 faster for triple the cost. x3 faster for ten times the cost.
Example:

Bakery (100 Silver)
Time to Build: 15 days
BUILD FASTER: 1/2 time (300 Silver)
BUILD FASTER: 1/3 time (1000 Silver)

You're paying for higher priced labor and more people on the project. Even higher cost on materials you need to have brought in for the job.

That would be great! I would love to see a (?) that tells me what the Hireling can do for me. I hired a Level 31 Hoblin Rogue - what good is he?

I would also like to see a way to DESTROY buildings or room additions. I don't think you should be able to destroy improvements or upgrades, but you should be able to destroy the building. This should cost an amount of Silver based on the size of the structure being destroyed. Why would you want to do this? Because you only have a limited number of buildings you can have.

I think there is an option to destroy rooms in purchased buildings, not sure if you meant it in that fashion Jason, I really like the idea of a "build faster" option as well.

Not sure how I feel about the "Convert 20 silver from Estate Bank into 1 silver in Character Bank." I'd drop that ratio down a good bit especially since the other conversion is "Convert 1 silver from Character Bank into 2 silver in Estate Bank." I think people would be more inclined to use the system if they have a higher chance of making more back after putting a bunch in.

So far:
- more info on Hirelings(How the effect the different types of properties)
- On the Hirelings I only got three types of commoners and of two tiers of skill
-toggle places in Rooms / hirelings tabs
- When I buy property it switches my character selected at the top
-On the room page I would like to see a Spaces Used for the current place I am buying/modifying rooms for
-More info on how Rooms effect the establishments
-
There have been some good ideas on upgrades listed so far too

Question on Income assuming after staffing costs we make 2-3 silver per month it would take aprox 70 years to break even on an investment. Makes me not want to use this sadly.

Math 250s for an Inn
250/2 (Bank to estate) = 125
125*20 for echange from Estate to bank = 2500
2500 / 3s per month income = 833 months
833 months over 12(months in year) = 69.4 years
