Steve Babin has accepted the position of Customer Service Manager for the NERO International Office, reporting directly to me.
Steve started playing NERO in the Ravenholt chapter 1990 and served on the staff of several chapters as plot, rules, and logistics. After a long hiatus he returned to NERO four years ago.
NERO International is looking to give our customers a more efficient system through which to resolve their Out Of Game issues and or challenges. This begins with players attempting to deal with things at the appropriate level. Customers who have a local issue are encouraged to approach their local Customer Service staff. If any customer is unsatisfied with the service they receive locally then they can bring their issue directly to NERO International Customer Service.
NERO International Customer Service remains available to all local NERO Chapter Customer Service staff to provide assistance and advice as needed.
NERO is working on ways to make the Customer Service experience easier and more efficient going forward. For now the best way to contact NERO International Customer Service is at nerocsd1©
